The machine features a high-performance spindle with a 40,000rpm high-speed true servo drive and a 4000w high-power spindle for efficient cutting and strong power. Derived from German CNC technology, it utilizes 5-axis linkage with B-axis ±30° and A-axis 0°~360° ultra-large angle machining for higher contour precision.
An omni-directional warning system is in place to provide timely alarms for issues like low air pressure, failed tool changes, or damaged tool settings, ensuring the safety of both equipment and materials.
With high-performance servo motors and millisecond startup, the machine delivers reliable performance and precise control.
The Tool Life Cycle System automatically calculates the tool's life cycle, allowing for efficient planning and prevention of losses due to wear and chipping. This feature helps optimize tool usage and can contribute to cost savings in the long run.
