Main component

The product consists of alumina, quartz, hydroxyethyl cellulose, polyethylene fermentation and distilled water

Scope of applications

Suitable for veneer, inlay, high inlay, partial crown, single crown, bridge and other restorations which are inconvenient to be placed directly on the sintering tray or sintering nail during the process of porcelain baking or glazing

Intended use

This product is used to stabilize restorations placed directly on the sintered dish or on the sintered nail during the porcelain baking or glazing process, and to protect the restorations placed on the sintered nail during the firing process

Usage method

1. Crown bridge: Unscrew the seal cover, gently push the needle piston handle, push a soybean size amount onto the sintered retaining nail, or directly inject the knife into the crown of the restoration, and then place the restoration on the sintered nail

2. Veneer, inlay, and high inlay: Unscrew the sealing cover, gently push the needle piston handle, push the soybean size amount on the bottom of the restoration, and then place the restoration directly on the sintering tray

Advantage

The use of dental firing paste and stain glaze instead of all-ceramics significantly increases the efficiency of the dental laboratory, simplifies the work process, and reduces labor costs. Please note that when using a paste glaze there is no need to apply a separate glaze. To achieve the desired effect, only one coloring is required
